One palette, six native formats
The catalog stores one palette, then generates the native format for each terminal. Herdr App uses JSON, Ghostty and Kitty use configuration files, Alacritty uses TOML, iTerm2 uses .itermcolors, and Windows Terminal uses a JSON scheme object.
Switching terminals does not change the 16 ANSI colors, background, foreground, cursor, or selection; only the install path, file format, and terminal-specific instructions change.
