GitHub Light Colorblind for Hyper: #f6f8fa background, 13.8:1 body contrast, and the full 16-color ANSI palette. Download the Hyper plugin. Save it to ~/.hyper_plugins/local/<name>/index.js. The same palette also exports to the other supported terminals.
